We help develop management careers in highly complex and capital-intensive sectors such as energy, minerals & mining, telecoms, petrochemicals and infrastructure. We believe that a successful career in these sectors depends on a thorough understanding of the industry’s complexities. Technical expertise is not enough: to become a leader means understanding the market, the geopolitics, the technology, the finance, the many different stakeholders – as well as knowing how to get the best out of a team.

The firm was set up in 2012 by Angus Warren, an energy industry veteran whose career includes 15 years at BP. All of our associates have similar extensive experience within industry or government. Since 2012, thousands of aspiring managers have been on our courses, in various locations around the world, as part of their career development.

We know that every firm has different needs; and each individual has different ways of learning. Therefore we take time to understand what those different requirements are, and customize our courses as much as possible.
