WBC delivered its first Situational Leadership II® (SLII®) course in September in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The programme, designed and developed by The Ken Blanchard Companies, was delivered by an accredited WBC associate. The client wanted their leaders to set clear objectives and to provide team members with the support they needed to complete their tasks.
