Procurement & Supply Management

How can you create more value from your supply chain? This course introduces you to the key factors in running an effective procurement strategy, providing you with the tools and capabilities to add value.

Successful procurement is not only about cost, and financial risks: reputational risk is also at stake. Investors, stakeholders, regulators are now looking at a company’s suppliers to make sure they meet the appropriate standards of behaviour and sustainability.

How do you minimise those financial and reputational risks? What’s the impact of localisation policies on your supply chain in different markets?
